RLF Grants Applicant Survey

The RLF aims to support writers from across the full spectrum of the UK population. In order to map our progress, it is helpful for us to monitor the backgrounds of applicants to our funds.

We would appreciate it if you could take the time to complete the anonymous survey below. The questions are based on those used by the UK Census and by other cultural organisations and the UK publishing industry. This will provide us with data that will enable comparisons across populations and organisations.

You can choose the option ‘prefer not to say’ for any or all questions if you do not wish to disclose the information, or simply not answer.

How we will use your information

Your answers are anonymous and will not be seen by anyone assessing your application.

They will be used to create a statistical summary to provide an overview of applicants’ backgrounds for comparison purposes.
